REFUND & CANCELLATION

1. Digital Services Nature
Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of digital design, architecture, and creative development, PULSEONIX operates under a strict refund and cancellation policy.
2. Initial Deposits
As outlined in our payment model, all projects require an upfront deposit (typically 50%). This deposit is strictly non-refundable. It secures our studio's bandwidth, covers initial ideation, strategy, setup, and guarantees priority over other potential engagements.
3. Cancellations During the Project
If a client decides to cancel or pause a project indefinitely after work has commenced, PULSEONIX will retain the initial deposit. If the work completed up to the point of cancellation exceeds the value of the deposit, the client will be invoiced for the prorated balance of the hours worked or milestones reached.
4. Final Payments & Delivery
Upon completion of the project, the remaining balance must be paid before final code, assets, or server deployments are handed over. Once final delivery is accepted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
5. Client Delays
If a project stalls for more than 30 consecutive days due to a lack of necessary feedback or assets from the client, PULSEONIX reserves the right to pause the project. Resuming a paused project may be subject to a rescheduling fee or recalculation based on current studio rates.
6. Exceptions
Refunds or partial refunds are only considered in the extreme event that PULSEONIX is entirely unable to deliver the agreed-upon project due to unforeseen internal failures or force majeure circumstances. These are evaluated purely on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
